You can return most items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Email hello@pinkopet.com first so we can give you return instructions.
If you received the wrong item or it is faulty, we will pay for the return and send a replacement or refund.
For a change of mind, the customer pays the return shipping.
Once we receive and approve your return, we refund the original payment method. Banks and payment providers can take several business days to show it.
Harnesses, vests, booties and beds are best sized by measuring your pet first. Email us if you are unsure which size to choose.
